The Importance Of Preventive Dentistry
Preventive dentistry saves you time and money by catching potential oral health issues early. With routine appointments at Aadland Dental, you’ll get peace of mind and enjoy a healthy, bright, and beautiful smile.
Routine Oral Exams & X-Rays
Routine oral exams are needed every six months, along with teeth cleanings. We also recommend x-rays every year. X-rays are critical for diagnosing hidden oral health issues like gum disease and tooth decay.
Teeth Cleanings
Teeth cleanings involve scraping your teeth, buffing and polishing them, and flossing them to remove any remaining debris. This provides your doctor with a clean mouth to examine, and also helps protect your oral health.
Fluoride Treatments
Fluoride treatments are done as part of six-month appointments. Your doctor will apply a thin layer of fluoride to the teeth. This attracts minerals and strengthens them, preventing cavities.
Dental Sealants
Dental sealants are typically applied to the molars. These thin layers of plastic resin protect the teeth from direct contact with bacteria, food particles, and acid. They can prevent cavities for up to 5 years or longer.
Periodontal Care
We offer comprehensive periodontal care for patients with gum disease, including scaling & root planing (deep cleaning). Dr. Lenna, Dr. Nicole, and Dr. Kris can help you reverse or halt the progression of gum disease and keep your mouth healthy.

Composite Dental Fillings
To treat minor-to-moderate tooth decay, we exclusively use dental fillings at Aadland Dental. These tooth-colored fillings look and feel completely natural, bond tightly to your teeth, and require minimal enamel removal during the treatment process.
Root Canal Therapy
Root canal therapy is usually the best way to restore an infected tooth, and involves removing and replacing the damaged material from inside the tooth, then sealing the tooth with a dental crown or filling.
Same-Day Dental Crowns
Need a crown in a day? We’re here to help. We offer same-day CEREC crowns for both front and rear teeth. Same-day crowns can be used to treat decayed, cracked, and infected teeth, allowing you to restore your smile in a single appointment in Vancouver, WA.
Dental Bridges
Dental bridges use two crowns, which attach to healthy teeth. Then, one or more false teeth are suspended between them to fill up gaps in your smile. These are a long-lasting, durable, and natural-looking way to restore missing teeth.
Dentures
Aadland Dental offers both partial and full dentures. Full dentures replace all of your teeth, and require the removal of any remaining teeth. Partial dentures, on the other hand, are used to replace one or more missing teeth. They snap onto your healthy teeth, replacing your missing teeth with natural, tooth-like restorations.
